Sonja Givetash

M.A. Student

Sonja received her Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Adult Development with a minor in Psychology from the University of Guelph in 2017. She completed her Master’s in Psychological Science in 2023 under the supervision of Dr. Yang in the Cognitive Aging Lab. Her research investigated age differences in associative memory performance using face-name stimuli. Her research areas of interest include aging, cognition, music therapy, and mental health. Sonja currently works as a Senior Sponsored Awards and Research Compliance Officer at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research.
