Ph.D., M.A. Student
Ling joined the lab as a Master student in Fall 2012. She is interested in examining potential cultural effects on human cognition, such as attention and memory performance. For instance, her master’s study compared Canadian and Chinese younger adults’ ability to recall contextual information associated with studied faces. In addition, she is interested in studying the age-related emotional bias effect in tasks that require interference resolution.
