One of the new projects we are working on looks at how children experience choice overload when making decisions online. This study is conducted online, over a video-conference call. Children will first complete two working memory activities: the forward and reverse digit span task. After this they will choose a book from a set of 6 or 24 books from an online book store and will then answer questions indicating their satisfaction with their choice, perceived easiness with the task, and given an option to exchange their chosen book for an alternate one. We are currently recruiting 6-8 and 10-12 years old children!
