Part Time Research Coordinator
The Child and Family WISE lab is currently hiring a part-time research coordinator (21 hrs/week, predominantly in-person at TMU). The research assistant will assist with data collection, analysis, and academic and community knowledge mobilization activities for two studies focused on identifying patterns of inequity and discrimination that may influence care received in paediatric health care for children with neurodevelopmental disorders. We are also exploring the potential impact of these experiences on longer-term outcomes, including the experience of families as children develop and transition from child to adult social and health services.The ideal candidate will have an interest in applied social justice research and its application in the community/health care field. They will have completed an undergraduate degree in psychology or a related field and have relevant experience. They should be a quick learner who with supervision and training can work with independence.
