The ASPIRE Lab was recently part of a project with the LERID team at Concordia University and researchers at the Universidad del Magdalena in Santa Marta, Colombia, which studied peer relationships among refugee Colombian youth. We’re very grateful to the teachers, staff, and administrators at the Ondas del Caribe school in Santa Marta for welcoming and supporting us. We’re also especially thankful for the participants and their parents who were involved in the study.
