Jasmine Atwal recently graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Jasmine is extremely interested in the complex relationships that exist between public policies, minority groups, and access to mental health services. Specifically, she hopes to further research how minority groups who require mental health services may be disproportionately barred from accessing such services due to current policies. In order to conduct such research, she hopes to pursue graduate studies in the field of Public Policy and work towards improving minority groups\u2019 access to necessary services.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
