From there, she went on to complete her Masters\u2019 in Community Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University \u2014 for which, as her thesis, she designed, implemented, and evaluated\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/scholars.wlu.ca\/cgi\/viewcontent.cgi?article=3529&amp;context=etd\" target=\"_blank\">Rainbow Writes<\/a>, a creative writing group for 2SLGBTQ+ youth that she continues to facilitate. Ceilidh\u2019s extensive background in research includes investigations of social justice initiatives, evaluations of peer-support programs across Canada, assessment of music therapy and VR programs in nursing and long-term care homes, and analysis of medical and social outcomes for trans youth through the Trans Youth CAN! study at SickKids. In her current role as a Strategic Analyst at\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/futuredesignschool.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Future Design School<\/a>, Ceilidh oversees several company initiatives,\u00a0writes and edits content, and practices user-centred research to assist schools, districts and industry clients worldwide in listening to the needs of their communities and setting community-centred strategic goals.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After graduating from TMU in 2018 with her B.A. in Psychology, Ceilidh held the lab coordinator role at the SPP Lab until the summer of 2019.
