Heather graduated from Conestoga College with a Hearing Instrument Specialist Diploma and is a member of the Ontario Association of Hearing Instrument
Professionals. An important foundation for her work in the SMART lab was built up when she worked as a lab technician in the Department of Botany at UofT after graduating with an Honours B.Sc. in Science. followed by obtained a Masters in Landscape Architecture. Her passions include enjoying live music performances in and around Toronto.
