Given that math is a learned skill that builds on both core competencies and previously acquired knowledge, it serves as an ideal model for how we learn complex concepts. By investigating the link between our foundational research findings and real-world applications, we aim to provide valuable insights for enhancing both individual well-being and broader societal innovation.

Key questions guiding this line of inquiry include:

– How do foundational mathematical skills acquired in early development influence academic achievement and occupational success later in life?

– What factors, beyond mathematical thinking, contribute to an individual’s likelihood of
pursuing and succeeding in science, technology, engineering and mathematical (STEM) disciplines and how can this knowledge inform educational and career guidance?

– Can interventions be developed to reduce achievement gaps and improve educational outcomes for all children, irrespective of background?

/*! elementor – v3.23.0 – 15-07-2024 */ .elementor-widget-image{text-align:center}.elementor-widget-image a{display:inline-block}.elementor-widget-image a img[src$=”.svg”]{width:48px}.elementor-widget-image img{vertical-align:middle;display:inline-block} All art by Sadie Levine, Canadian Illustrator …

["post-547","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
["GET
