Kristin conducted a mixed methods study of the mechanisms behind Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), with a primary focus on patients\u2019 experiences in therapy. With the guidance of Dr. Kelly McShane, Kristin analyzed a relapse prevention homework assignment in which study patients wrote about what they thought was responsible for therapeutic change. Kristin\u2019s work is an important piece of the puzzle of learning about how this effective treatment works. We are so proud of Kristin and are so thankful for her time with us.
