New low-risk alcohol consumption guidelines in Canada

The Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction recently released a report containing updated low-risk alcohol consumption guidelines for Canadians.

According to the report, most individuals will experience increased risk of injuries or other health problems when consuming more than two standard alcoholic drinks per week.
